I just want to update you that we are all fine but are without electric. The area was hit very bad with major flooding, severe wind/tree damage and loss of power. I have no idea at this point when I will have my electric back. The majority of my town is without power. I did manage to have a friend that has electric. I will do what I can, when I can from her home. I will also have to survey the local post offices to see who has power and was not flooded out. I will ship the orders the best I can. I am out of stock on Filbert (penguin). There is an order in transit to me. Those orders will ship as soon as the stamp arrives in a few days. I will continue to answer emails via my phone the best I can. Thanks to everyone who has emailed me from all around the world to see how I am. :)
I wanted to get a post in with some additional samples before hurricane Sandy takes out my electric. I am not sure what the upcoming hours/days will bring. The winds are already pretty bad and it is only going to get worse. I don't think water will be an issue for us, so that is a good thing. I hope everyone else who is affected by the storm stays safe and doesn't experience too much damage.
Here are a few more projects using Stacey Yacula'sThe Sweetest Season! stamp collection. These stamps are just too adorable!
Donna created these cute tags to use on some pillow boxes.
I know many of you have anxiously been awaiting more stamps from Stacey Yacula. It was no surprise that Stacey's debut stamp collection The Sweetest Day! would be a hit. The next series of stamps are finally here just in time for the winter/holiday season. I hope you enjoy The Sweetest Season just as much!
Please take a moment to visit Stacey's Etsy shop where you will find more of her wonderful illustrations. Stacey has original artwork, prints, greeting cards, sculptures and ornaments for sale in the shop. She has just released her annual limited edition ornaments which are a personal favorite.
Now I am sure you would like to see a few cards using stamps from The Sweetest Season by the design team. Here you go...
I'll have more samples to show you in the upcoming weeks as the remainder of the design team receives their stamps.
Don't forget to check out the discounted stamps on the "Specials" page of the website. The majority of the stamps are discounted 50% or more. There are some great holiday sentiments to add to your collection or use with the new stamps above. You can see samples using these sale stamps by scrolling down to the previous posts.
Yesterday I showed you some projects using the Seasons Date Me stamp set that is on sale. Today, I will be sharing some additional projects using the holiday stamps that are currently on the "Specials" page of the website. The majority of these stamps are 50% off (or greater) for a limited time.
I just updated the "Specials" page on the website which now contains stamps on sale for the upcoming holiday season and new year. I believe all the stamps are 50% off or more. The stamps included are great for holiday, winter and new year cards and projects. There are also a handful of stamps that are calendar themed and are always perfect for scrapbooking projects in addition to cards. It is the perfect time to add a few new stamps for your December Daily or Project Life.
The stamp set I am featuring today is called Seasons Date Me by Paislee Press. We originally released Date Me based on Liz's digital set. It was so popular that we decided to do a new version with a seasons ring instead of the days of the week. This enables the user to not pinpoint a specific day and month when an event happens. The Seasons Date Me allows for documenting a more general time period. The set was ideally designed for scrapbooking events but you will see from the samples below that it is great for cards as well. The set is regularly $8.00 and is on sale for $4.00 (this is only reflected on the "Specials" page). Please note that all the stamps on the "Specials" page are limited quantities and will return back to their normal pricing.
Here are some of my favorite projects using both Date Me stamp sets. I am showing samples of both sets so you can see how interchangeable they are. The set with the days of the week was released first. I have more scrapping and December Daily projects from earlier on when my design team had more scrapbookers.
Sorry for my long absence. We have had computer, printer and software issues around here. I am still not fully up and running but I should be shortly. I wanted to share two cards with you today that use a couple of Halloweenies from Stephanie Ackerman's kid collection. They were a late release last year for Halloween. They make adorable cards and would be very fun used for candy packaging and treat bags.
