A Little Update

Once again, I want to thank you all for your concern and well wishes.  It is heartwarming during such a sad time for those around us.  I am happy to say that the electric came back on yesterday afternoon.  It looks like most of the town is back up.  I never really realized how many gas stations we had in town.  There were lines like you see on TV at every single one that I passed by yesterday in my travels.  It was easier getting around yesterday with many of the traffic lights now working.  The traffic in town and the gas lines is now making it difficult to get around but at least it is safer driving with the traffic lights. 

I was able to get out all the orders yesterday without Filbert.  You all would of received a shipping confirmation.  I did not receive my order via UPS yesterday.  I did check the tracking and the shipment arrived in NJ this morning.  I believe it will be here Monday afternoon.  If so, and they don't deliver too late I will get the orders out Monday afternoon.  Otherwise, they will ship on Tuesday.

I'll get back to blogging in a few days after I catch up here.  I have also been helping out a good friend who had a tree go through her house the night of the storm.  She has been staying here with her husband and kids.  They should be in a rental house within a few days.

So glad to hear things are improving where you are. We here in central Delaware fared better than most and never lost electricity.
I count my blessings as my son in MA was less fortunate. The gas lines must be horrendous.
