It will be quiet around here this week. I have a lot of cooking to do for the big St. Patrick's Day party this weekend. Here is the menu (so far) incase you are curious:

- Colcannon
- Roasted Veggies
- Mac & Cheese (made with Irish cheeses)
- Irish Soda Bread Cookies (see last year's post)
- Rainbow Cookies (in the colors of the Irish flag)

and michele you are one crazy cook! that's a lot of work missy - should be a great party. i'm making my usual irish soda bread and I'm now thinking of making the Irish Mac & Cheese - using maybe kerry gold :-)! love that idea of using irish cheeses - we're big fans here
