Birthday Challenge Winners

Thanks to everyone who played along with the birthday card challenge.  The randomly chosen winner is Kelly Bertram!  The card that Kelly submitted for the challenge uses Freckles, Balloons and The Sweetest Day Sentiment Set from Stacey Yacula's The Sweetest Day collection.  Here is her card:

It was not so easy picking my favorite card.  There were quite a few cards I really liked.  The styles were also very different which I think made it a bit more challenging.  So, I decided to pick two winners for this!  The card styles are complete opposites.  One card is busy and full of layers and texture.  The other is very clean and simple.  I thought they were both great representations of how versatile the stamps can be.  Congratulations Mary Muller & Tammi for submitting two of my favorite cards!!   

Here is Tammi's card which came out beautifully.  I especially liked how Tammi used different stamps together and they worked perfectly.  She paired Stephanie Ackerman's fun handwritten sentiments with Stacey Yacula's adorable animals AND even added a vintage postmark.  I thought the inside of the card was great!

My other favorite card comes from Mary Muller.  Mary's card is clean and simple which I find to be quite sweet.  I love all the white space and then the addition of the the patterned papers.
