Just a friendly reminder that the anniversary sale ends tomorrow, Monday, July 29th. I have re-stocked many items and will try to stay on top of it. There are always a lot of orders the last two days of a sale. If there is something showing out of stock that you wanted to order, please email me.
There was a new product I introduced last week as an easy solution for temporarily mounting your unmounted stamps. They sold out quickly but we should be re-stocked by the end of the week and I wanted to share it here as well. So, what is it? Clear Mounting Stamps! They are a super quick & easy way to use your unmounted stamps. It is also the answer that most of you have been looking for to use your stamping platforms/tools with unmounted stamps! Let's take a look...
The Clear Mounting Stamps come in two sizes, 4x6 and 6x6.
These Clear Mounting Stamps can be applied to your acrylic blocks (and stamping platforms, read on) for your unmounted stamps to temporary mount to. After stamping, they can easily be removed to be used over & over again!
Simply peel off the protective acetate sheets from the Clear Mounting Stamp, apply it to your acrylic block and then place your unmounted stamps on top. You can see that they hold nicely! Now ink up your unmounted stamps and stamp away! Once you are finished stamping, remove the rubber stamp & then the Clear Mounting Stamp from the acrylic block. Re-cover the Clear Mounting Stamp with the protective acetate sheets to keep it dust free and store away until next time.
Now I also mentioned that this is a GREAT solution for using a stamping platform with unmounted rubber stamps. It works the same way as described above. Place the Clear Mounting Stamp onto the acrylic/clear part of the stamping platform and place your unmounted stamp on top. Ink, stamp, remove & store away for next time.

If you are using a Misti as shown below, you will need to remove the black foam insert prior to stamping. It is not needed due to the thickness of the Clear Mounting Stamp and rubber stamp layered together.
Ink up the rubber stamps and stamp away!
Easy peasy!
You can also trim down the Clear Mounting Stamps for custom sizing.
The design team unanimously gave this a thumbs up and have all happily been converted. You can read a little more about using the Clear Mounting Stamps on Anna's blog and Leanne's blog.
Kara has a video where she uses the 4x6 Clear Mounting Stamp with her Misti to create a card.
